Gourmet Mixed Green Salad Recipe 

This simple Gourmet Mixed Green Salad Recipe is my weekly dinner. Excellent mason jar lunch. This superfood comes together in minutes with super greens, crunchy vegetables, nuts, dried fruits, and creamy, tangy French Vinaigrette.

Ingredient

Salad Ingredient – 4 cups Mixed Green Leave – 1/2 cup Carrots and Beets Shredded – 1 cup Cucumbers Sliced – 1/2 cup Red Onions Sliced – 1/2 cup Olives Pitted – 1/2 cup Mixed Nuts and Seed Salad Dressing – 2 tbsp Vinegar Red Wine Vinegar – 1 tsp Dijon Mustard – 6 tbsp Olive Oil – 1/4 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp Pepper

Salad Dressing Pour Salad Dressing ingredients into a clean jar and shake well. Salad dressing is ready.

Salad Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Use spoons to mix salad dressing. Salad is ready.
