You will love these keto pancakes made on a sheet pan in the morning. They only take 30 minutes to make and are very simple. For busy weekdays, make them ahead of time!
Ingredient
– 5 large egg– 1 cup almond, coconut, or hemp milk– 6 tablespoon butter, melted and cooled– 2 teaspoon vanilla extract– 3 cups almond flour– 6 tablespoon Swerve Sweetener– 2 tablespoon coconut flour– 1 tablespoon baking powder– ½ teaspoon salt– ⅓ cup sugar-free chocolate chip

Pre-heat the oven to 400F and grease an 11x17-inch baking pan. Put parchment paper on the pan and grease it.

Mix eggs, almond milk, butter, and vanilla in a blender. Mix briefly.

Blend almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt again until smooth. Wait a few minutes to thicken the batter.

Spread the batter to the edges of the baking pan with an offset spatula. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and center firm. Cut into 15 large squares after cooling for a few minutes.Serve with butter and your favorite low-carb pancake syrup.
