– 2 cups frozen blueberrie– 1 cup water– ⅓ cup – ⅓ cup – 1 teaspoon – ½ teaspoon

Mix blueberries, water, and sweeteners in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil.

Cook 10 minutes at a low simmer. Mash berries with a fork after removing from heat.

Mix in vanilla extract. Scatter glucomannan on top and whisk quickly. Let cool completely.

After step 2, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to get a clear syrup. To get as much juice out as possible, press on the solids.

Add the vanilla to the pan with the juice and stir it in. Then, whisk in the glucomannan.
To taste, change the sweetness.
