Air Fryer Zucchini Chips Recipe

These zucchini chips are great as a starter or side dish. They are coated in savory parmesan breadcrumbs and cooked in the air fryer until they are perfectly crispy.

INGREDIENT

-3-4 small zucchini cut into ¼-inch rounds -½ cup all-purpose flour -2 tablespoons cornstarch -2 large eggs -1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs -1 tablespoon italian seasoning -1 teaspoon fine sea salt -1 teaspoon black pepper -1 teaspoon garlic powder -¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTION

Take three small or pie plates. First, mix cornstarch and flour. Second, whisk eggs softly. Third, mix breadcrumbs, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan.

Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5-10 minutes. Air-fried zucchini rounds have eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour. Paper-lined air-fried rounds.
