Salad– 1 can Chickpea– 1 cup Cucumber– 1 cup Tomatoe– 1/4 cup Olive– 1/2 cup Onions Red– 1 cup Feta Cheese– 1/2 cup Mint for garnishSalad Dressing– 4 tbsp Olive Oil– 2 tbsp Lemon Juice– 1 tbsp Vinegar– 1 tsp Salt– 1/4 tsp Pepper– 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Drain canned chickpeas. Add sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and olives to chickpeas. Add crumbled feta to salad.
