INGREDIENT
– 1-2 10-ounce bags semi-sweet chocolate chips see note– 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil or shortening see note– 1 12-ounce bag standard-size or jumbo marshmallows OR 1 batch homemade marshmallowOptional decorations:– Sprinkle– Contrasting chocolate almond bark, or candy melt– Lollipop or cake-pop stick

INSTRUCTION
Mix coconut oil or shortening and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute. Stir well. Stir chocolate after 15-second microwaves till shiny.

Step 1
Dip toothpick marshmallows in melted chocolate. Dip them partially or fully. Your homemade marshmallows are fluffier and lighter, so use a fork to remove them from the chocolate.

Step 2
Use fork or bowl to remove marshmallow bottom chocolate. Put marshmallows on parchment. Sprinkle sprinkles immediately to moisten chocolate.

Step 3
For decoration, drizzle marshmallows with melted chocolate, almond bark, or candy melts. Set chocolate-dipped marshmallows on paper in the fridge. Airtight container storage.
