Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe

Soft, cakey, somewhat fudgy, and delectable chocolate crinkle cookies! The ideal Christmas cookie! It was vital that the powdered sugar held up and the cookies were moist and fudgy.

– 2 cups (250 grams) all-purpose flour spooned & leveled – 1 cup (85 grams) natural unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 teaspoons baking powder – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ cup (115 grams) unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled – 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar – ¾ cup (150 grams) light brown sugar packed – 4 large eggs at room temperature – 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract – ½ cup (60 grams) powdered sugar

Direction

In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Blend melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in another basin. Add eggs and pure vanilla, whisk.

Step 1

Just blend dry and wet components. Protect and chill for 2 hours.Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Put parchment or silicone on big baking sheets. Use a small bowl for powdered sugar.

Check the fridge for cookie dough. Place 1.5 tablespoons of cookie dough on tins and dust with powdered sugar. Repeat with remaining dough.

Set cookies after 11–13 minutes. After 5–10 minutes on the baking pans, carefully transfer the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.
