– ½ cup coconut flour– ½ cup almond flour– 2 teaspoon baking powder– 1 teaspoon garlic powder– ½ teaspoon salt– ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese– 3 large egg white– 2 large egg– ¾ cup sour cream– ¼ cup butter

Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare a large baking sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper.

Mix coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in ½ cup shredded Cheddar.

Add egg whites, whole eggs, sour cream, and melted butter and mix well.

Drop rounded spoonfuls of mixture onto the baking sheet. These fill the mounds and spread and rise, making them small. You should get 10-12 biscuits.
