INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups (290 grams) fresh or frozen blueberrie– 1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated sugar– 1/4 cup (60 ml) water– 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice– 1 tablespoon (8 grams) cornstarch + 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cold water
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix blueberries, sugar, 1/4 cup water, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until blueberries soften and release juices.

Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water in a small bowl. Add to saucepan and mix well. Cook the sauce for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.

Remove from heat and carefully pour into a heat-safe container. Cool completely at room temperature, then tightly cover and refrigerate until use.
