– ¾ cup coconut flour– ⅔ cup brown sugar replacement– ⅓ cup unflavored whey protein powder– 2 teaspoon baking powder– ¼ teaspoon salt– ½ cup butter melted– 6 large egg– 2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest– 1 teaspoon orange extract– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract– ⅓ cup water– 1 cup fresh cranberries chopped in half– ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecan

Warm the oven up to 350ºF and lightly grease an 8x4-inch metal loaf pan. You can also use 9×5, but the bread will cook faster.

Mix the sweetener, baking powder, protein powder, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk.
