Donut– 3 large egg– ¼ cup Swerve Brown– ¼ cup Swerve Granular– ¼ cup almond milk– ¼ cup butter, melted– 1 teaspoon maple extract– 1 cup almond flour– ¼ cup coconut flour– 2 teaspoon baking powder– ¼ teaspoon saltMaple Glaze– ⅓ cup powdered Swerve Sweetener– 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream– 1 teaspoon maple extract– Water to thin– 4 pieces bacon, diced and cooked until crisp

Preheat oven to 325F and grease donut pan. If your donut pan only holds 6, work in batches.

In a high-powered blender or food processor, mix eggs, sweeteners, almond milk, butter, and maple extract. Blend smooth.

Blend almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Fill the donut pan wells with batter, filling about ¾ full.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes until donuts are firm and golden brown around the edges. After 10–20 minutes in the pan, flip out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.

Glaze
Mix powdered sweetener, whipping cream, and maple extract in a medium bowl. Stir in a teaspoon of water at a time until dippable.

Put each donut back on the rack after glazing. Sprinkle with chopped bacon and set for 30 minutes.
