These Magic Cookie Bars are easy to make with only seven ingredients. Simple dessert for time-pressed days!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 24 BARS– 1 and 1/2 cups (175 grams) graham cracker crumb– 1/2 cup (115 grams) butter , melted and slightly cooled– 1 cup (175 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chip– 3/4 cup (125 grams) peanut butter chips (or butterscotch chips)– 1 cup (90 grams) sweetened shredded coconut– 1/2 cup (60 grams) chopped pecan– 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Wrap a 9x13-inch pan in aluminum foil or parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Put the scoop in the pan and press it into an even layer.

Spray foil or parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray to prevent topping sticking. Sprinkle chocolate, peanut butter, coconut, and pecans on graham cracker layer one by one. Add sweetened condensed milk.

Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 25-30 minutes until the edges and top are lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack after removing from the oven.

After cooling, remove the bars from the pan using the foil or parchment paper overhang, slice, and enjoy!
