Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Balls include a creamy peanut butter filling and chocolate coating. Five simple ingredients make this recipe incredibly easy!

– 1 cup (250 grams) creamy peanut butter – 6 tablespoons (85 grams) unsalted butter softened to room temperature – 2 cups (240 grams) powdered sugar – 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 1/8 teaspoon salt – 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chopped

Direction

Use parchment on a big baking sheet. Mix peanut butter and butter with a handheld mixer in a large bowl. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt, scraping dish.

Step 1

Scoop peanut butter balls onto the baking sheet. For 20 minutes, freeze peanut butter balls on a baking sheet. Smash chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl.

Cook until smooth and melted, stirring vigorously for 20–30 seconds. Peanut butter ball pan thaw. Put chocolate-dipped peanut butter balls back on baking sheet.
