A simple recipe for a smoothie with peanut butter and coffee that is better for you.
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 1 SMOOTHIE– 1 medium banana peeled, sliced, and frozen– 1/2 cup almond milk– 1/4 cup Dannon Oikos Vanilla Triple Zero Greek Nonfat Yogurt– 2 tablespoons Jif Peanut Powder– 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder– 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granule– 1-2 teaspoons honey adjust to taste– Optional: 1-2 cups of ice I leave this out, but feel free to add some to thicken it up more
INSTRUCTIONS
After putting everything in the blender, blend it until it's smooth. Put it in a glass, serve it, and have fun!
