This peanut butter pie is delicious. Add little peanut butter cups, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce to this simple pie to make it special!
INGREDIENT
– 20 whole Oreo cookies crushed in a food processor until they form fine crumb– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted– 1 cup heavy cream– 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature– 1 cup creamy peanut butter– 1 cup powdered sugar sifted– 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract– additional whipped cream for topping optional– mini peanut butter cups optional– chocolate sauce optional

INSTRUCTION
Preheat oven to 350°F.Crumble Oreos and heat butter. Grub a 9-inch springform pan bottom and 1" up.Bake 10 minutes, wire-rack cool.

Step 1
Mix cream in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment at high speed for stiff peaks. Reserve whipped cream in another big bowl.Beat peanut butter and cream cheese for 2 minutes on medium-high speed with the paddle.

Step 2
Add vanilla and powdered sugar; beat 2 minutes.
Whip cream into peanut butter with a rubber spatula until streak-free.

Cover the filling in the cold cookie crust and refrigerate 4 hours.Before serving, add whipped cream, mini peanut butter cups, and chocolate sauce.
