INSTRUCTION
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5x2.5 loaf pan.Mix mashed bananas, pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large basin with an electric mixer.
