Quinoa Pizza Bites Recipe

These fun and easy quinoa pizza bites are a great way to use up extra quinoa. They're good for kids and make a great snack or starter.
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 18
– 1 and 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup mini pepperoni
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Warm the oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a small muffin pan with cooking spray that w
on't stick, and set it aside.

Put everything in a big bowl and mix it together until it's all well mixed.

Spread the batter out evenly in the mini muffin tins (there should be 18 to 20 of them), and then gently press it down.

Put it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
