– 1 small red onion, sliced– ¼ cup balsamic reduction, divided– 14 ounces store-bought pizza dough– 4 ounces salami– 6 figs, thinly sliced– 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled– 1 cup arugula

Preheat oven to 425oF. Apply 1 tsp balsamic reduction to onion. 5 minute roast. Roll dough 17x11 inches.

Line a baking sheet. Put salami on dough. Increase figs by ⅓. Put goat cheese on.
