SERVINGS: 25 TURTLES– 1 cup Blue Diamond Salted Caramel Almond– 24 soft caramel candies unwrapped– 2 tablespoons heavy cream– 12 ounces dark or milk chocolate roughly chopped– Optional: Sea salt for sprinkling on top

INSTRUCTIONS
Cover a large baking sheet with parchment. Place 5 Blue Diamond Salted Caramel Almond clusters on the baking sheet and set aside.

Step 1
Melt caramel candies and heavy cream in a double boiler until smooth. Place spoonfuls of caramel on each almond cluster and cool.

While caramel cools, melt chopped chocolate in double boiler. Spoon melted chocolate over caramel almond clusters.
