Simple Baked Honey Citrus Salmon Recipe

Salmon can be smoked, baked, cured, or fried for a quick weeknight dinner!Salmon is a superfood with omega-3 fatty acids that promote heart health and cook quickly.

1 orange 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons olive oil ¾ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ½ teaspoon paprika 2 salmon filets 1 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 tablespoons chopped chives

Zest and juice orange in a medium bowl. Mix minced garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Place salmon in marinade and turn. Allow marinade to soak 30 minutes in fridge. Heat oven to 400 F.

Wrap a baking sheet in foil and spray with cooking spray. On the baking tray, place salmon and marinade.

Fork-flake it after 14-16 minutes. Add chopped parsley and chives to salmon and serve immediately.
