Simple Chimichurri Recipe

If we listed everything we liked about chimichurri sauce, we'd be here all day. If we're listing our favorites, the prep must be one. This 2-step dish takes 5 minutes or less to make. 

Ingredient

– 1 cup parsley, chopped – ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar – 1 shallot, diced – 2 garlic cloves, minced – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flake

Direction

The ingredients should be mixed together in a small basin.
