Strawberry layer cake has two layers of delicious cake filled with fresh strawberries and a sweet strawberry icing. This summery fruit cake is fantastic!
INGREDIENT
– 1 box French Vanilla cake mix 15.25 ounce– ½ package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounce– 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt– ¾ cup vegetable oil– ½ cup water– 4 eggs lightly beaten– 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract– 1 cup diced fresh strawberries about 10 medium berrie– 1 batch Strawberry Frosting

INSTRUCTION
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch circles. Set aside.

Step 1
Mix the cake and pudding mixes, Greek yogurt, oil, water, eggs, and vanilla in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a hand mixer. Mix well for two minutes on medium speed. Stir in diced strawberries.

Step 2
Split the batter between the cake pans. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping pans halfway, until well-risen and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 3
After 20 minutes, run a knife down the sides and transfer the cakes to wire cooling racks to finish cooling.
