Truffled French Fries Recipe
French fries are a common side dish on most American restaurant menus. However, truffle fries are made using truffle oil instead of ordinary oil.
Ingredient
– 1 ½ pounds russet potatoe
– 2 cups peanut oil, for frying
– 2 tablespoons truffle oil
– 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt

The potatoes should be peeled and then cut into long, thin strips, sometimes known as "fry" forms.

For at least 30 minutes, put the potato slices in cold water.

This removes starch from potatoes, making them crispier when fried.

In a large saucepan or deep fryer, heat the peanut oil to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pat potatoes dry with a paper towel after draining. Fry potatoes in heated oil for 3–4 minutes till golden brown.

Take the french fries out of the oil and place them on a platter lined with paper towels to drain.
